Conflict between urine microalbumin and creatinine levels
I am a 52 yrs old man, an engineer from Sudan. I am on Crestor 10mg since 2007 with controlled lipid profile except HDL around 40mg/dl, also on Telmisartan 40mg since 2010 which reduced urine microalbumin from 50 to 26 mcg/l. I am a neither diabetic nor hypertensive. Recently my PB dropped down to 60

hcg low - any positive stories please?
I’ve had my positive home test. Which should be a happy time but… Had my first blood results and it’s ultra low. Tomorrow I have my second test to see if levels are rising. Has anyone had a good result after a very low first blood test? Praying for some hope x

8DPT early testing
I'm 8 Days Post Transfer and have been early testing. I know I shouldn't until Day 10 or 11 to give enough time for HCG to show in the bloodstream/urine but I know you know how it is. At the moment I can't see even the faintest second line at all abd starting to feel anxious. Did anyone else experience

BFN after hcg
So my bloods were done today and after two hours the doctor informed us it was negative hcg level was at 2.9. I guess they failed to stick. We are gutted for now. Going to see the doctor on Wednesday to try and find a way forward. We hope to try a few more times before age really catches up with us.

Stopped using Evusheld
I received this message from UCSF. I believe, soon they will stop using it everywhere else too. In recent weeks, California has seen a rapid increase and dominance in circulation of COVID-19 Omicron subvariants which are resistant to our current monoclonal antibody treatment (bebtelovimab) and prophylaxis

My TMS Therapy journey update...
Hello all, I had my last treatment session this week, it was number 36 so I am finished with this round of treatment. I have a meeting scheduled in a couple weeks with the clinic doctor/director to review everything and see where I go from here. My survey results this week were 2 on the GAD-7 and 2

PUL any success stories??
I found out I was pregnant last week. However, during the week before I had woke up in the night with sharp pains. I thought it was because I was due on and the pains had gone the following morning. So once I found out I was pregnant I went to A&E for reassurance. They booked me in for a scan which I

BFN (sort of) Beta test HCG only 6 after two positive tests
I had really let myself get my hopes up after our only 3AB embryo was transferred last week. I had two positive pregnancy tests over the past 2 days and you know how it is.... I'd already worked out when my due date was and when I'd stop work for mat leave etc. Well I had my 9dp5dt blood test today and

hi ladies, I know I shouldn’t have but I decided to test yesterday morning, as had a good feeling I would get a positive, following what I believe was implantation bleeding last Wednesday. My OTD is Wednesday (29th). The line indicating a positive result came up pretty much straight away and was very

Sensitive: is ectopic 'vanishingly rare' with IVF?
Thank you to everyone who has been so kind with their advice and checking in. I spent a long time at the EPU today with a pretty confusing outcome - the nurse who scanned me said there was a gestational sac but nothing else, and that my right ovary that she could see looked fine, no cysts etc. Definitely

Concise summary of the treatment history of CLL from the 1950s to the present, by Dr Bruce Cheson, contributor to the iwCLL and much more
