Small gestational sac - experiences?
Hi guys, Found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago, very faint lines on the tests but they were there (they were also progressing nicely). Had a scan at my EPU as I have a history of ectopics so have to go in early, by my period dates I was 5 weeks but as I ovulated on day 21 I knew I was more

HU and prefibrotic myelofibrosis
Recently diagnosed first with ET. put on 500mg hydroxyurea daily with platelets at 617. After bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, diagnosis changed to prefibrotic myelofibrosis. HU had brought platelets down to 270 but I suffered from bad side effects. Dr didn’t want to change med or dosage. I resisted

Eptopic?
I have a repeat blood test tomorrow after my HCG last week was just 9, I had a sore stomach through the week and Ive had a consistently dull pain in my right side tonight and so paranoid it's eptopic (originally thought chemical) has anyone had experience of this and had similar symptoms? I will obviously

9dp5dt, no positive test result, period missed 6 days
It is 9th day after FET. On the day 7, I had a faint line on the pregnancy test, only in the morning urine. Today it is much more faint, almost impossible to see, instead of getting thicker line. I am using sensitive dipsticks which are able to capture 10mui. My period missed 6 days. My fever is between

Hubby is in remission but still needs to take his A&V for an additional 8.5months.
Great news! Yesterday we were informed that my hubby was in remission. His has ZERO CLL in his blood and all of his lymph nodes and organs are normal. However, his BMB test reflected a MRD = 0.088%. His Dr stated that at a microscopic level there is CLL and by taking his Acalabrutinib and Venetoclax

Post double ankle sprain rehab
Hi all, I managed to sprain both ankles, falling off a high curb, but at the beginning of a 450km cycle tour. Although I could not walk well, I could cycle with discomfort only under exertion. Given that I had was committed to the tour, I continued with pain-killers, an ankle support for the most affected

Colon hydrotherapy
To manage my
chronic
constipation and
pain
I had a colon hydrotherapy before Xmas and it felt better.‘since I’ve been avoiding gluten, nuts, corn and taking pre and pro biotic. I eat 30g fibre a day too and drink lots of water.

Sensitive - How long does it take to get a negative pregnancy test after miscarriage?
Hi all, I took medication for a miscarriage on Dec 23rd (due to a empty 3cm sac). I was told the hcg pregnancy test should be negative 3 weeks after, which will be Saturday. I took the HCG test this morning and the test line is still almost as dark as the control. I was expecting the test to be negative

Ichthyosis
I found some odd looking skin and discovered it was likely ichthyosis which apparently can develop in CLL patents. Anyone had any experience with this condition? Any suggestions or cautions?

More drugs!
Some of you will know we moved from Cornwall to the Bristol area which obviously meant registering with a new doctors surgery. I’ve been about three times and you can never see the same doctor even though they say make an appointment to see me after your blood test. Anyway the last time I went was partly

V + O , TP53 and p13
after a great read through the recent posts on V+ O I have some confusion 1 my doc said that with a TP 53 mutation and p13 deletion that Zanu was a better option than V+ O. Is that the consensus ? 2 It is a bit disappointing that the PFS for V+ O starts when treatment starts. Is that true of

Week 7 Run 2
Week 7 run 2, Along the canal, and fairly flat, up quite early to run before it got too hot, but already weather station showing 19 degrees, at least the canal is quite sheltered. Managed to increase distance by about 100meters, not a lot but considering I forgot to take painkillers for stump beforehand
