Back pain
I donated my kidney to my son about 4 weeks ago. I do not fell good still. My question is , has any of you had a terrible back pain? My starts on the left side hip (which my kidney was taken) and goes to the right hip and to the middle of my back. The doctor is saying that happens to donors but I am

Heart Attack Anxiety
Does anyone here, notably women, who have anxiety around having a heart attack find themselves obsessively researching symptoms? At first, it was just reading a symptom thing where I learned female heart attack warnings are a lot like having literally anything else. Now I’ve found myself reading terrifying

Deformed chest, JME, scholiosis, restricted breathing
I have had a deformed chest since birth, left side of chest about 3/4 inch higher than right at sternum. I have had JM Epilepsy since 14, about 400 + grand mal seizures. My spine is not particularly straight either, had prolapsed discs. As my chiropractor said to me, over the years I have fractured or

Is chiropractics helpful for anxiety?
Has anyone tried using a chiropractor for anxiety? I read online that there is some research about chiropractics can be helpful for anxiety, but I'm nervous to try it because I definitely don't want to make things worse than they are.

Has anyone tried an osteopath for rigid shoulders and loss of dexterity in your hands?
One of my husband’s most annoying problem for him is the loss of dexterity meaning he struggles with buttons, his fly, and going a whole night playing bridge as his hands wear out. Has anyone had this problem and tried using an osteopath or chiropractor and has it helped? We’ve tried the vitamin solutions

Laid low with Sciatica - any advice
After a long flight I ended up with a bad back. Stupidity I tried to run it off for a week and now it has developed into sciatica. Two chiropractor visits has eased the pain and I’m doing gentle stretches I found online. But no running for now. Anyone else suffered from this? Any advice? Thanks,

Thank you all!!
What an amazing response and lots of good advice concerning my sciatic nerve problems. Fantastic that you all took the time to help. I have another appointment with my GP to hopefully sort out pain relief until I get to see a consultant ........I really had to be assertive to get this. I have also found

Update and questions about GCA
Last week I wrote about a headache that went on too long. I saw the doctor and had blood work done. Results were all wonderful. The doctor suggested I see a chiropractor because my jaw is out of alignment. I saw him on Monday. He says my neck is " locked up", very tight and I have limited mobility

PoNS function
Has anyone heard of the latest treatment for Ataxia called PoNS function. I read the article and would like to know if anyone tried this and is it a successful treatment. I called and it would cost $30,00.00 Canadian. It's done by a chiropractor who has some knowledge in neurology. https://www.newswire.ca

Anyone have shortened chest muscles from anxiety/slouching?
I’ve had bad posture as long as I can remember and my chest is ALWAYS tight, and I honestly think that it 100% contributes maybe even causes my anxiety, or makes it worse, if I’m laying on one side and turn over my chest gets super tight until I massage my chest muscles and they literally hurt to touch

Calcium D3 - Yes or No?
I was put on Calcium D3 about twelve year's ago when I was first diagnosed with coeliac disease, but I have noticed that many people on here have suggested that it is not good for you, and a chiropractor I saw for a few year's ago for a back problem was not happy at all and told me to stop taking them

Chiropractor?
I am dealing with PMR and things are going pretty well ....on 15 mgs with a tapering agenda and pain and stiffness mostly controlled . Before the onset of this I saw a chiropractor maybe once a year for some fine tuning .I seem to have a bit of Sciatica especially when driving and the Pred does not help

Climbing back on the horse, now that I can actually move
I fear I went totally overboard with the good advice I got on my last post. In an effort to right my painful back, I started planking, and doing other core strengthening exercises with some fierce gusto. Even tried the yoga video - which I found very, very hard, but I was determined. Silly me. I ended
