Personally, I wouldn't use any organisation, that takes a look at me, and says it will take 10 sessions at £xx per session. How do they know I won't be better after 1 or 5 gr8 sessions? No thanks, I have used a physiotherapist
Back ache is one of the symptoms of IBS. More info here theibsnetwork.org/have-i-go...
If you are struggling with back ache a chiropractor may be able to help.
Not a chiro but a osteo.
I was sent to him by friend when i had (and still have herniated discs) and i was telling him all my history and he said “ oh right while im at it il do ur sinuses and ur gut for ur ibs” i thought “ yeh alright”
As someone that had ibs 40 yrs that wasnt gona work but u know what 2 years down the line not only is back better i havent had a ibs flare ? Result... or sinuscitus....
I do take alot of supplements he told me to take to to help gut bacteria and good gut and that helps to...
Oh really? That’s interesting. Can I ask what supplements you take?
