Need help to fight fatigue from Radium 223
Stage 4 for last 3 years. Had 6 cycles of Chemo and then Abiraterone for 18+ months until it stopped being effective. Currently part of trial with Radium 223. Had 4 cycles already and 2 more to go. After this will likely have to switch to Enzalutamide and ADT. Now having bad fatigue issues; on scale

He had chemo and started on lupron + bicalumatide. In 2020 the medicine began to fail and he had provenge and started

Newbie !
I had 27 radiotherapy sessions, 5
chemotherapy
sessions and 3 high dose brachytherapy sessions. My bowel issues started very early on and got worse and worse as treatment went on. I finished active treatment on 29th July. I am left with bad bowel/eating issues.

Anyone have experience with Provenge? Especially on PSA tests?
For my history, I was diagnosted with Prostrate cancer in 2018. Now 70 years old. I had Surgery in late 2018 where they removed my prostrate and found cancer in 2 lymph nodes. I have had 2 salvage radiation sessions, which appeared to be successful. I have been on Lupron, essentially since surgery

Stem cell transplant starts on Monday
A bit of background - In October 2021 I had a rapid and florid relapse following the end of my Ibrutinib treatment in FLAIR so I was started on Acalabrutinib with no effect and also had investigations for Richter's. Tests showed that I was resistant to the currently available BTKi's (two synergistic

Final STAMPEDE results for Abi with/out Enza when starting ADT.
Given that funding for these agents before
chemotherapy
became more widely available in the UK National Health Service after 2015, more patients had this option at progression in the abiraterone and enzalutamide trial than in the abiraterone trial.

bowel obstruction
It looks like there’s no more options for me as I’ve been in hospital for a week with a bowel obstruction. HGSOC 3C. Had 2 lines chemo close together. Just had Carbo/gemcitabine but it made me so ill. Now I’m just waiting to see what happens. No food or drink. Any hints you brave ladies?

Postponing chemo because of radiation?
Hi all, My dads first radiation has been sheduled for June 21st. However his 3rd chemo is set for June 26th. When briefly speaking with his RO he mentioned that chemo would be postponed in order to do radiation. This confused a me a little bit as from my understanding the radiation would be for pain

3rd time hair loss in 2 years
Hi all, I'm coming up on my 2 year anniversary of BC diagnosis. Just over 1 years since I was diagnosed stage 4. This last week I started a new chemo for targeted therapy. This is my 3rd med switch in a year due to progression. I knew it was possible that I could lose my hair again. (1st time with

The Arm Saga continues...to chemo or not to chemo
Eric's nerve damage and pain from his chemo leak over two weeks ago has been pretty severe - he's on Cymbalta for the nerve pain, and it's very sloooowly improving. It also kicked his butt - he had been bouncing back from his 3rd round pretty well - until he wasn't and the nerve pain came on with a roar

Referral from Wales to England - any experience?
Hi. I'm HGSOC stage IVb diagnosed in Feb. Just had CT scan following 3rd cycle of carboplatin/paclitaxol and 2nd of Avastin. CA125 has reduced from 374 pre-chemo to 26 post 2nd cycle which I'm hoping is a positive sign! I have spread to my liver and spleen and have been told surgery will only be an option
