Six cycles of Lu-177 treatment
The side effects are still much better than when he had
chemotherapy
but he is 12 years older so this makes a difference. The standard treatment offered before Lu 177 was R223 or further
chemotherapy
which nearly killed him the last time.

Docetaxel
I’ve completed my 3 doses of EC
chemotherapy
with few problems but 4 days post docetaxel I’m struggling. My temperature started to increase 4 hours post first GCSF injection, I have been checked out at hospital and my bloods are ok, cultures due back today but not expected to be abnormal.

Failed tumour surgery, what are my options now?
I underwent radical debulking in June followed by 6 cycles of carboplatin and paclitaxel
chemotherapy
which finished in November 2022. I had a PET scan in December and was told in January 2023 that I had disease progression and a new tumour in the pelvis.

Capecitabine(Xeloda) dose change
I have been on Capecitabine for about 9 months at a dose of 2000 mg per day (2 weeks on 1 week off). My scans have shown good results with the last scan showing no progression. My question is, has anyone had experience with reducing dose to 2000 mg 1 week on then 1 week off? My Dr. Has suggested changing
