HPV positive after 2 screenings
Hi all, i had my smear test last January and i got the results to say i was HPV positive but no abnormal cells. I was told i would need another test in a year. So i had another smear in February and again the results have come back as HPV positive but no abnormal cells. I thought that i would have cleared

Inflated folate
I have an inflated folate. Do I have to worry? -12.5 (3.00-12.00ng/mL. I had pains in the breast with red warm spots (apparently it was some inflammation) for 3 days. I stopped spraying myself with deodorant and began to smear with natural progesterone, but nevertheless I am worried. Should I insist

Cc???
Hi, so I've been concerned about cervical cancer for a while now, I finally had my smear today, and the practitioner said my cervix looks perfectly healthy! Does this mean I most likely don't have cervical cancer? Thanks for any replies.

Sensitive content some might find upsetting- update of miscarriage appointment
I did say I'd update I have been signed off a few weeks with nothing interesting to say! 😂 So a lot of the tests were done with Amelia who I lost at 20 weeks - the only proven treatment of recurring miscarriage is treatment of sticky blood with herapin. I will have sticky blood tests done 12 weeks apart

hpv negative... Could it still be cervical cancer??
I had my smear test on the 25th may, i have just recieved my results which says as follows; your results is hpv (human papillomavirus) negative This means your risk of cervical cancer is very low and there is no need to check for abnormal cervical cells even if you had them in the past... Im

Mirena
I had a mirena coil put in last September as I’ve got fibroids. All has been ok no bleeding for the last 6 months. Had a routine smear test yesterday and the nurse couldn’t see the strings so I now have to go for a scan. Anyone else has this problem ?

Sunny Sunday 10k 😎🌞 (with suncream)
Ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper (last year) the daylight had often caused my early waking 🙄, and for a large portion of my life I was a sworn morning person..... Fast forward through life..... And that evil thing called a night shift has stolen my mornings grrrrr. But today I woke, sprightly

So I went for a smear test recently and the results came back that I have HPV and borderline abnormal cell changes and have now been referred to have a colposcopy within the next 14 days. This is only my 2nd smear and its really freaked me out I'm getting myself so worked up over it!!!. I'm getting married

Cerazette and resetting Periods?
I spoke to my doctor today because I have barely stopped bleeding from my period of a year(had a few days break). I've had a blood test, ultrasounds and my smear test, all turned out fine. I have been diagnosed with PCOS for a while (not sure how long). The doctor suggested Ceratte for 3 months to reset

IUD removal
I’ve just had my IUD removed today as my recent smear had identified that it was no longer in place - thank god for my smear! After having an ultrasound to locate it, the nurse was able to remove it today. I’ve had some bleeding and am suffering with cramps, I just wanted to know if this was normal

Ectopic pregnancy fundraiser
I’m from the Cardiff area of south Wales but I currently live in Bridgend, SW. When I was 25 in 2017 I fell pregnant for the first time, I was extremely excited and very nervous, unfortunately it ended in upset, I was rushed into hospital after collapsing in Cardiff City Centre and it was confirmed

Embryo transfer anxiety
Hello lovely ladies, I have had my egg collected and got 6 embryos frozen. In next few days there will be FET. Can you please advise me any tips to keep calm before embryo transfer. In general I have been quite uncomfortable for scans but somehow I managed those. As bladder will be full during embryo

Can blood test detect cervical cancer
So I've been worried about cervical cancer for a while now but I just wanted to know... can a blood test detect or indicate the presence of cervical cancer, cause I had my bloods done recently and they've came back completely normal?
