The contraceptive pill, anxiety and depression.
Breif background; diagnosed with stage 2 endo last month (awaiting post surgery appointment) I have always had horrendous periods and was put on Microgynon aged 13, stuck at it for 2 years but had mood changes, bad headaches and constant nausea, so was switched onto
cerazette
aged 15.

Has anyone ever had vaginal bleeding following a colonoscopy?
I haven't had a period for around four years (since changing from a combined pill to
cerazette
). However, three days ago I had a colonoscopy to remove a bowel polyp (not endo related) and since then I have had quite heavy vaginal bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this?

Reflecting on recent diagnosis - how I got here
So, I was changed to
cerazette
, which made my periods heavier and more painful than they had ever been, then the contraceptive implant, which caused one long heavy period for months, then finally, the mirena coil, which lasted about a week, with me literally writhing in pain and flooding to the point

Pain management clinic, hysterectomy or private MRI?
My GP run some tests and told me that the
cerazette
which actually really seemed to help reduce my pains has induced lupus and I have been told to stop taking it immediately. I am now so unsure where to go now. Should I just have a hysterectomy?

Did your endometriosis return after having children?
My implant has jut been removed and have been put on
cerazette
. I would rather not be on the pill at all but am scared of my pain returning to how it was pre children. Has anyone had reduced symptoms after having children and managed without treatment?

Dark brown/black blood for nearly seven weeks, burning, acne flare up on right side of face, pelvic pain.....should I be seen?
I was put on
Cerazette
to help stop my periods but this hasn't helped. My consultant said that there wasn't really a lot that they could do as I didn't want to have the menopausal injections and sent me away to see him next year after I get married (when we hope to start trying for children).

Help! New to all this. Lots of questions! :(
My periods continued to be irregular so I was put
cerazette
which caused me to bleed for a month. My periods every other month are so painful I am blacking out and being sick. I was sent for a scan which revealed the lining if my womb was thickened and I had an ovarian cyst and fibroids.

Feeling Misunderstood :/
21 and have suspected endo they're finally going to decide whether to give me a lap in October after a year and half of treating me like a guinea pig poking and prodding me and trying zoladex which i had a reaction too, the coil which failed to be inserted after I almost passed out from pain and now

Depo Injection...?
(I am not considering getting the coil or the implant, but have been on the mini pill
cerazette
and it's not really working anymore). I am only really just 19, and I have been told that there can be problems for young girls under 19, such as bone thinning?

Cerazette!
I have been on
cerazette
now for about 3 months to help with my endo symptoms. Previously I found the pain was awful for 3 weeks of the month and I was roughly okay for one week. Now on the pill it's totally unpredictable.
