Hi,

I take Cerazette continuously and I haven't noticed migraines getting better, if anything getting worse.

I changed from Dianette to help curb migraines, but no help as of yet.

Hope you have more luck

I tried cerazette for a while some time ago but also didn't find that it made any difference - in fact I think it made them worse - and there were other side effects that threw me out completely.

The thing I found that really worked for me was running/jogging - started it and then noticed that the migraines were a lot easier to cope with and less frequent. Other forms of exercise - cycling, swimming didn't have the same effect - suspect the running jiggles the brain around just enough to put something back into place :)

Hi. Thanks for your replies. I decided it wan't worth giving it a go. I tried both coils and I bled constantly. With Yasmin taken without a break I also bled all the time and the migraines were bad, so I don't think Cerazette would have worked out. It was one of the last things I hadn't tried and my GP was understanding when I explained why i wasn't keen on trying and referred me for Botox.
