Treating Thyroid patients like children - Dr Malcolm Kendrick
A great piece of supportive writing for those who need alternative thyroid medication. http://drmalcolmkendrick.org/ Here is an imagined, but not far off the truth, conversation between a doctor and a patient. ‘Why can’t I have T3 doctor? I feel so much better when I do?’ ‘Because I say so, now

Anxiety attacks out of the blue
Hi, I am new to this site and I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you a bit about my experiences. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism when I was pregnant with my youngest son back in 1993 during my first trimester of pregnancy with him. Doctors told me he could have been born with Downs Syndrome

I'm feeling worst then I ever felt!!!!
I'm severely depressed, I'm a Mom of a 6 year old girl, I'm a wife but my husband works 2 jobs and never home, my Mom passed away in my early 20's and my Dad lives in TX. I was on celexa and seroquel, seroquel wasn't working so I got off. Now I'm gonna try Wellbutrin again but got some temporary barriers

Celevac anyone?
Does anyone have any experience of methyl cellulose - I think it's called
celevac
? I have to take laxatives and struggle with all of them. Fibogel is no use and Movicol has it's drawbacks even though it works - I end up with the runs after a few days on it despite reducing the dosage.

I posted this on the depression community a few weeks ago and got a few responses. My hope by posting it here is that someone can relate to the symptoms I'm having and have recovered. I did just start back on Celexa yesterday. Please any advice or support is welcomed and desperately needed! Thanks in

Diarrhea!
I went off celexa for about a month to try other meds. Nothing helped! I just went back on celexa which I had been on for year with no problem. Now every night after taking bed time meds, within one hour I have diarrhea since adding celexa back in. Any idea what's going on??? Thanks!!! trishj46

Hi there. Had bad panic disorder about 13 years ago. Got through it with CBT and meds.. Fast forward to now... Was laid off over 2 years ago, been struggling to get back into the economy due to the downturn. Was diagnosed with asthma recently and started an inhaler. That gave me my first panic

Health anxiety
Good morning! I am new to this group. I have had anxiety, to a degree, my entire life. However, the debilitating health anxiety started shortly after I had my daughter almost 7 years ago. On the outside, I function. I am a mother of 2, a special education teacher and own my own small jewelry business

I've been on celexa for about 4 months.. is it normal to have good days and then the next day think about harming yourself?
I don't feel like that is normal. . It comes out of nowhere.

Having bad anxiety during my time of month. Wondering if my symptoms are normal signs of anxiety?
I feel like my body is on fire and my heart starts to beat really fast I get dizzy I feel tingles through my body I feel sick and everything feels different and looks different. The world looks bright even when inside with windows closed. I'm getting anxiety attacks even when I'm not afraid or bothered

sleep problems???
Ever since the rapid taper off of the Baclofen I am experiencing some wacky issues. One big one is my sleep. I am not sure if what I'm experiencing is because of quitting baclofen, or possible cerebral involvement, or my adrenal glands not working right, or maybe even a side effect of celexa, and wanted
