Is this phrenic nerve damage?
Hi all I had
catheter
ablation
for AF last July ( UK - NHS). Whole thing was a dogs dinner, the pain was unbelievable. In the evening had spectacular hiccups and terrible reflux - had to sleep on my back propped up on pillows or drown in my last meal.

Recent diagnosis of Paroxysmal AF and underlining Lown-Ganong-Levine (LGL) syndrome
Also, just to mention I had a
catheter
ablation
in 2013 due to having regular long intervals of palpitations and ectopic beats but I haven't had any further issues over the years until now, but this is a completely different diagnosis.

Did anyone else suffer from very frequent ectopic beats after cardiac ablation?
I had an ablation on Thursday (today is Monday) and since Saturday evening I’ve had frequent ectopic beats it’s started sparse but it’s nearly 30 an hour, most hours now. I have experienced them before but never to this degree the last two days have been hell never been so stressed and anxious they feel

Is AF going to shorten my life??
I have continual AF, irregular beats and a resting heart rate around 100bpm. I am on 10 mg Bisoprolol, which means my heart rate never goes above 125 bpm. My quality of life is fairly good, and I am not particularly breathless. I have seen two cardiologists. One says that my condition shouldn't shorten

Ectopic beats and anxiety
Hi all, new to here. I'm 24 and last year I had a cardiac ablation to reduce ectopic beats. I've been ok but still suffering with some and now when I get them they feel more scary than ever. What can I do to try and help them or for me to stop worrying about them. I've been told they will never 100%

Weird post ablation
Hi guys. I had a cardiac ablation for Afib on 4/21/21. Immediately after the surgery I had a hematoma in the abdomen. That was painful but not a big deal. 5 days later started getting what feels like jolts of shocks to my chest usually in the center. I feel it more when I lay down at night or just

AV Node Ablation
80 years old in Sept and still plagued by afib. Pacemaker fitted in May 2021 and awaiting next step which I’m sure will be AV node ablation – last stop saloon! But is this the only option? The last ablation in 2013 lasted 5 years and possibly longer if severe Mitral regurgitation hadn’t triggered it.

Mayo Clinic cardiac ablation
Wondering if by chance any of you have had an ablation at Mayo Clinic in USA? On their website they mention they have 3D imaging and I don’t know that that is common in all hospitals. My afib has gotten worse and I need to at least try another ablation.

CRT Pacemaker and AV Ablation
After four lots of Cardioversion, two lots of
Catheter
Ablation
and multiple meds, which are either ineffective or make me feel 'strange', I have been listed to have a Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy Pacemaker fitted, followed by AV Ablation.

45000 ventricular beats in 24h
Here is my short story. The first time I noticed a heart rhythm disorder it was in pregnancy 21 years ago (I am now 46). Childbirth was risky but we both survived and after that I forgot about arrhythmias. I would occasionally measure my blood pressure at the health facility where I work and the staff
