Mustard Seed Oil
I tried it years ago, and just thought about it again. Has anyone tried it as a substitute for Lorenzo's Oil? It has a similar makeup.

Weaning off Ropinirol
A question! I was on 2mg ropinirol at bedtime for the last 5 years or so. After reading all the negative things about it, I decided to wean off, .25mg at a time. I've been doing this slowly and I'm down to 1mg now but a strange thing happened last night. Early evening and my legs felt fine. No twitchy

Could work be causing my flare up?!
Hi all So since the end of November all of a sudden my IBS flared up. I’d be constantly bloated day and night which isn’t normal as with my bloating it comes and goes . I usually wake up with a flat tummy and towards the end of the day I’d be bloated. This time the bloating does not go no matter what

Bloods Advice please - new and feelimg wobbly
Hi all, I'm having a bit of a hard time mentally and seem to have lots of little niggling symptoms that I'm not sure are related to the thyroid or are stress/anxiety related. Briefly, I gave birth last March, noticed a lump on my neck in the Spring and had a scan and biopsy. Scan showed a 'patchy' thyroid

So many symptoms, does it sound like b12 😣
My last b12 bloods were 314 pretty much exactly 2 years ago. I've had so many scans, tests for what started out as extreme fatigue and frequent urination. Never had a solid diagnosis. Around 2 months ago the fatigue got worse and I noticed weakness/numbness tingling in my legs in a morning. I've not

Doctor not reinstating b12 injections
So been to doctors today to discuss my recent blood test and intrinsic factor antibody (came back negative)she’s happy with my b12 level of 532 so is not willing to reinstate my injections, she just told me to continue with my oral b12 supplement and have a blood test in a months time. Said to monitor

High blood levels of B12
Hi everyone, Not new here but just a little background - I was diagnosed with B12 deficiency back in 2014, I managed to produce enough evidence to satisfy my GP that I could not manage on 2 - 3 monthly injections and so I am able (currently) to access enough B12 for my needs, but this could soon change

Need help!
So I have been struggling with quite a lot of symptoms for a while (since I was 17, I am 19 right now). My family doctor did a routine blood work and found out I am deficient in vitamin d, somewhat anemic (runs in the family) and my lymphocytes are 4.4xe9/L. I did a course of vitamin d supplements since

Does a lack of intrinsic factor prevent iron absorption?
Does a lack of intrinsic factor prevent the absorption of iron too or is it simply B12? If so what would be the best way to get iron into the body and does anyone know of any decent iron supplements that are readily absorbed? Thank you all for any help

Just an update and any advice would be appreciated. I sent off for some private blood tests as I am still experiencing pins and needles and STILL being ignored by my GP. However last week I did receive a call from an out of hours GP who listened to me and has referred me to a neurologist. So fingers

Confusing Blood Work/ Searching for Advice
Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m 27 and I have been battling many symptoms since I was about 18 years old. Most of my symptoms have been psychiatric (OCD, anxiety, phobia) but I have also had unexplainable skin rashes on my knuckles and elbows that spontaneously happen, a fainting episode, constipation
