on 50mg levo and blood "in range"
I eat a gluten and
casein
free diet which is very very low in amines and salicylates as any increase in the later makes me very ill (even a handful of green beans is too much). I supplement with B12 and my B12 is now up to 700 (normal range up to 900).

Headaches after a lap and change in contraception
Hi ladies, Just looking for a bit of advice and to see if anyone else has experienced this. I had my 3rd lap on 26.11.15 and after having it stopped tri-cycling my Yasmin pill and have gone to taking it 'normally'. I have had a period since my op and it was better than old ones in terms of bleeding

What the hell is going on with my body?
Hi everyone! Seriously hoping that someone might be able to relate or give me some advice if they're experienced something similar. I'm at that awkward stage where I'm not sure if I need to go to the doctors or not. Little bit of background info- I suffered from awful heavy periods and pain from age

Food allergy testing back and It doesn't look good
I got my food allergy testing back and I am allergic to the big ones, gliadin,
casein
and soy, but I am also allergic to olive (including olive oil), honey, strawberries, apples, grapes, cucumbers and tomatoes. All the things I love to eat (except I have been gf for years).

Mirena Coil or The Pill?
Looking for a little advice, and personal experiences from you ladies. Firstly I just want to say I know everyone is different and I know what works for one person may not work for another but... I am at a complete loss of what to do. I have endometriosis in my ovary, and a recurring chocolate cyst,

Stopping/Coming off Dianette (Co-cyprindol)?
Hi everyone, Hope you're all having a pain free day! I was just wondering if anyone on her could shed a little light on this for me, I came off Dianette/Co-cyprindol in august after almost 10 years of taking it for my PCOS. I was pretty reluctant but had been advised by my endometriosis specialist to

Symptoms returned?
I'm not brilliant with lactose so take lactase tablets but obviously this doesn't affect
casein
, which I understand can be detrimental. (I think I probably have answered my own question!!) I would really welcome any thoughts or advice.

Bleeding on pill
Been on Yasmin for 2 years, never had any probs until recently. This month I'm only 7 days into a packet and forgot to take a pill on Friday night. Today I'm bleeding, like a full blown period. Has this ever happened anyone? I do recall missing pills before but never had any bleeding.

Anxiety endo/the Pill
Hi, Not directly to do with endo but I'm hoping for some answers if anyone has experienced the same. I've been suffering general anxiety for the last 3 months, to the point I feel sick, dizzy and headaches and the thought of doing anything physical more than a bit of walking makes me want to sit down

Combined pill prior to IVF
I've been prescribed the combined pill Yasmin before I start IVF in November. I haven't been on the pill in 18 years and came off it (Microgynon) as after a few years I started bleeding constantly when I took it. I mentioned this to the clinic and they changed the brand to Yasmin (can't remember what

Greek Yogurt
This means the whey protein is removed in the straining process, thickening its texture and leaving only
casein
protein. As a result, it contains more protein per serving than regular yogurt. Dietary protein plays an important role in promoting new muscle growth.
