About a month later he had a sudden

breathless are my lungs damaged?🤔
After 2 OPH operations and a
cardiac
arrest
, with everyone’s help and advice I returned to work and I have managed to get my fitness back to a reasonable level after pushing to get my blood pressure and beta blockers reduced😊👍. I could barely walk at first!

My story
After the ablation all was good heart 57bpm, it was agreed I could return to work the following week, however on the Sunday I had a
cardiac
arrest
with my wife doing Cpr until paramedic arrived, I was then airlifted to hospital and on 23 of October I had a ICD fitted.

Do you think your patient story can help others?
Did you know that your words can offer comfort, support, reassurance and hope to people who have survived a sudden
cardiac
arrest
(SCA) or are caring for a loved one who has experienced an SCA or a heart attack?

Anoxic/hypoxic brain injury
She had a 'difficult intubation' in which the tube caused a bleed which sent her into
cardiac
arrest
, it took 10 mins to restart her heart.

Hypoxic brain injury
My dad went in for a hernia operation and had a
cardiac
arrest
during the operation - this happened 6 months ago. His heart stopped for approx 8 minutes and it has now been said that he wont ever be conscious again and continue in a vegetative state for the rest of his days.

Flue jab ?
In February I had a
cardiac
arrest
but I am now recovering well after a stent was fitted and a month in hospital after getting pneumonia. My question is has anyone else after having an heart attack got any experiences of having their annual flu jab. I'm wondering am I safe to have this in October?

Heart Rate Variability?
Hi I had a
cardiac
arrest
at home in February and another one shortly after arriving at hospital. I was induced into a coma and had an angiogram and then a stent fitted, and was in ICU for four days. My LFEV was measured at 30-35%.
