I've had a bit of a social media break. I hope you are all okay
Yesterday (30/09) marked a year since my heart attack. I can't believe it's been a year. Since then I've had a Cardiac Arrest and a stent fitted plus a case of pneumonia and I've started running again and I'm back at work (still part time)

Hi V, It’s good to hear that you are doing so well and that you are almost back to normal. Hope that all the trauma you went through is well and truly behind you now, and you carry on getting better and better. Take care. 🥰
Wishing you the happiest 'Hearty' congratulations on your one year anniversary, Valentina. It's good to hear that you're having fun and doing so well! 👍😁
Did you find the break from social media beneficial ? We all missed you and hoped everything was moving in the right direction. Good to know you are working part time, that must help make life feel more normal!
Happy one year anniversary Valentina! Gosh all the things you’ve been through-you’re a walking miracle. Whatever you are doing to stay well keep it up but don’t overdo it on the work side - but must be great to be back and getting back into a “normal daily routine”. Take care and I hope you stay as healthy as you possibly can. Lots of love and best wishes ❤️🧚🏼♀️
I've been back at work since the start of term mostly half days with an extra day off on the Tuesday (we all need a day off after Monday) and I work all day Friday.
I've been seeing someone and he runs with me, making sure I'm okay every step of the way. One day I'll run on my own again.
Mum's still being Mum and driving me mad but I wouldn't have it any other way. It's her birthday in a couple of days she will kill me if I mentioned her age as she tells everyone she's 50 (she's not)
Congratulations to you and Many Happy Returns to your Mum , perhaps you should have a party and both get to blow out the candles on the cake ! Hugs, Bee 🍰🥳🥰
