I've had a trigger i e been diagnosed with bcc (basal cell carcinoma) I've had most of it cut out but have some left in so gotta go dermatologist to get the rest. Ive been told by many people its not a biggy its the easiest one to get rid of but when you have health anxiety and fear of death as u can imagine im out of my mind with worry and fright anyone else suffered from this or know anyone

It does suck having anxiety., fear and any sort of health problems. Then we have the flu season on us and then the covid being out there. Don't mean to be negative but isn't that how our situation is. Already have the anxiety only to have other things stacked up on the anxiety. We just can't win some days. But you're going to beat this creature and go home and be 100% better.
Been waking up daily with Anxiety n add nausea to it OR it literally wakes me up.
I'm now in the distraction stage to get rid of it.
Well my friend I'm not gonna tell ya it's no biggy (bcc),because I'm not in your shoes n Ive been told since my 7/4 freak accident that my jaw will be fine n no biggy.Well..wrong n it's really got in my head.
So..all I can say is be the best u can to urself right now.Distract urself as much as u can, write how ur feeling, take each moment as it comes the best u can.
Try hard to avoid the internet n reading about ur bcc as it will make u more anxious.
Thank you so much my friend for taking the time out to support me it means the world to me that people will take just a few minutes out of their own time to just send a message thanjyou hope you feel at ease soon too 😊
Hi Nat hope you are okay. I don't suffer from basal but I do have extreme health anxiety and every single second of eveye minute of every day is becoming a huge huge struggle. X
I hear you my friend its absolutely crippling isnt it my health anxiety has trippled since hearing my dr say them words although I know its not life threatening I always think im that unlucky one if you know what I mean.
Just sucks big time dont it hope your doing OK though
Hi Natz. I'm sorry to learn about the carcinoma but it sounds like that's under control. I have very low mornings too and it's horrible, but this is quite usual for depression. Does your mood improve during the day? Mine usually does, but I have anxiety too and the combination is horrible. You are not alone with feeling like this first thing in the morning. It's when our Corsitol levels in the brain are at their highest. This gradually reduces during the day. Are you on any medications? Definitely consult your GP about this if you haven't already. Feel free to add me as a friend of you want.
