Did endoscopy they found erosive gastritis and also esophageal candidiasis. Please, does it mean I’m hiv positive. I’m so scared. Pls anybody explain what my options are and what I should be expecting

I had a fungal infection in my mouth 2016, which they thought was squamous cell carcinoma, but turned out to be chronic hyperplastic candidiasis which can turn malignant. Thankfully it wasn’t and responded to 3 weeks of antifungals.
