I'm new to your Facebook but I'm NOT new to RLS suffering accompanied by severe leg and foot cramps throughout the night. Ultra sound on arteries and veins indicate healthy veins and arteries. Holistic doctors have had me try electrolytes, magnesium creams, epsom salt baths, higher doses of Vitamin D, and then finally put me on Ropinirole. NOTHING helps. Have experience cramps and RLS sinc early adulthood, it was not an every day and night event....and not nearly as severe. Constant pings, pains, feeling of pressure along with the usual symptoms. Want to wean off the Ropinirole as it gives me severe headaches and the adverse effects are not what I want to deal with. I am not diabetic, I don't drink coffee, alcohol, or smoke. My diet is very limited as I have many autoimmune disorders including candidiasis. I can tolerate my other conditions but the pain and horrid discomfort that has caused sleep deprivation for the past year and a half is got me frazzled and worn out. Willing to try CBD from hemp without any THC. Has anyone got positive results from this? Any other suggestions? Add iron? Cant exercise as I have debilitating nerve damage in both feet and very painful wrist problems. OYE! Thankfully the Lord gives me strength to endure. Open to any and all suggestions. Many thanks and God bless :)

Curious - I am still looking for the association between muscle cramps and RLS. I'm quite sure the cramps are electrolyte related - mostly magnesium and potassium. Try the adrenal cocktail to see if it helps: 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (potassium) mixed in dilute juice. My RLS began with epic leg cramps - then full blown RLS. Eventually iron supplementation stopped the RLS (Ferrous Bisglycinate). I still take the Adrenal Cocktail or use some of the electrolyte products from Hammer Nutrition for cramps. I also drink sea salt in water daily.
