Dexa scan and VIT D
No mention of
calcium
supplements. I’ll be honest and say I’m nervous now as I don’t want thinning bones. I also don’t want to feel under medicated. My VIT D levels are 52 nmol (50 -120) any suggestion to get this up?

Getting fat after pred,
I am taking B12, Vit D,
Calcium
with magnesium and iron, and a good multi vit. I feel 'out of control' now; afraid most of the time and this perpetuates the circle of feeling worthless (having put on weight) and being afraid of the GCA returning if I work at my normal level.

CT angiogram
I am meant to be having a CT scan with a dye to check calcium.But... I am really really scared of the radiation levels. I have enough health problems without raising anymore. I was ok with having it but I have had to have a full abdomen scan today and a mammogram next week then the heart scan. The heart

At present, I have osteopenia and take
calcium
pills and Vit. D. I was diagnosed recently, after taking
calcium
for many years, so that's concerning. I can't stand milk or yogurt, but I eat cheese, and try to have vegetables high in

Calcium intake on holiday - supplements?
I get my
calcium
from diet normally. On holiday I usually buy
calcium
enriched soya milk to keep in fridge in room as a top up of the hotel food. This time im going on a cruise and considering supplements of say 500mg as a top up of my restaurant diet. Any recommendations of what to buy?

Oleic acid(OA), increases proliferation of highly malignant PC3 & DU145 PCa cells.Docetaxel cytotoxic action is significantly reduced by OA.
OA induced intracellular
calcium
increase, in part due to the store operated
calcium
entry (SOCE), measured by a
calcium
imaging technique. Moreover, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway was enhanced, as revealed by increased Akt phosphorylation levels.

I’ve also added
calcium
. Please can some of the knowledgeable ladies advise me on how much of all of these supplements I should be taking. The D3 + K2 is in the form of drops in black pepper oil. The
