Calcium / Vitamin D3

I exercise and take calcium, vitamin d3 and K2 supplements. I don't know what to do.

I have being taking a chewable calcium & vitamin D3 medication but because I hated the taste of it I was able to change over to a dissolvable version of calcium & vitamin D3 medication which taste much better!

Hi everyone Dr prescribed for me calcium contains 400IU vitamin D3 for my osteoporosis , sould i take another 400IU because i think its not enough especially we are in winter. my vitamin D is 85 which is in normal level ? Thank you.
