Sleeplessness
Hi, I posted a while ago and since have been medicated with 200mg Pregabalin and iron ferritin at 134…. it isn’t helping. I thought it would but I am up most nights….. I feel that if Pregabalin isn’t helping me that I should decrease and come off it altogether but I really don’t know what to do? Can

Delayed AF
I had my first round of fresh ET in May, got a negative pregnancy test result 2 weeks later followed by AF the day after. It's now been 45 days and Ive not had my subsequent AF. Has anyone else experienced a delayed AF during IVF? What is the longest delay you have experienced? Any tips to help balance

Being gas-lit: NOT Hypothyroidism, it’s Silent Reflux says Consultant Thyroid/ENT – Advice requested.
I’m now 73. It’s six years since I first presented to a GP with a swelling on my neck and poor concentration, which within a fortnight progressed to include zombie-like brain fog. Fearing lymphoma I was fast-tracked for an ultrasound scan on my thyroid which showed multiple tiny swellings on my left

Any thoughts please on why erfa is the only thyroid medication than helps in my case, all others cause relentless migraines
Initially I started levothyroxin that was horrendous at the time with awful adrenal causing a whole load of unpleasant symptoms, t3 thybon brand I have also tried without success. I started on NDT around 15 years ago but had to build up slowly over a few years as it caused wired & tired symptoms causing

Dr. Has now prescribed Polaraminefor allergies that might be acerbating the asthma. I don't know what I might be allergic to except the heat/ cool/ humidity in the Costa Blanca. Should I ask for or get an allergy test

Brown discharge, early pregnancy
Hi ladies, I hope you're all as well as you can be. My last FET transfer (transfer number 6) resulted in a positive pregnancy test, earlier in the month. I started having bleeding on Tuesday, bright red but no clots. I had a scan at my fertility clinic and they could see a gestational sac and yolk sac
