Not sure if its IBS?
He simply suggested to take
Buscopan
which made no difference. Since, I have been to my GP twice with the same symptoms, left sided sharp pain and dull achy pain in my abdomen, accompanied by bloating.

Buscopan
Does anyone know if taking
Buscopan
triggers afib pls. I’m on a maintenance dose of flecainide (50mg x 2) and bisoprolol (1.25mg once) and wonder if I take
Buscopan
does it have any issues with this medication. Think I have diverticulosis and getting stomach cramps.

Ibs symptoms management
Hi all, I mainly take a
buscopan
when I feel the cramping begin and it’s very hit and miss as to wether they work or not. I was prescribed mebeverine a while ago but haven’t taken them in ages as the three times a day thing didn’t really fit into my routine. Any other recommendations please?

He prescribed me
buscopan

Alternative pain relief
I'm on amitriptyline, mefanamic acid,
buscopan
and transexamic acid. Such fun. I just wanted to know what you all try as I'm desperate and fed up of feeling rough.

Buscopan. Does it work for you?
Do you use
Buscopan
? Does it help? I am under the impression it's used to relieve spasms but I can't find any research on whether it might aggravate IBSc.

I am sure what I have is not IBS so why have I been prescribed
Buscopan
? ...the first or 2nd or third mouthful of a meal gets stuck at the bottom of my esophagus at my esophageal schincter muscle which feels like it is cramping shut and not allowing my food down!

Buscopan and it's effectiveness
I find
buscopan
has little effect. Pain like that sounds like trapped gas. Perhaps check your diet. Good luck

Pain remedy pack - does yours look like this?
This is helping the period-like cramps that come with spotting -
Buscopan
for cramps - Amitriptyline 20mg/day taken in evening (taking these for 2 wks + now with some reduction in pain). Endo nurse advised increasing at 10mg/week until pain was ok, or side effects bothersome, up to max 50mg/day.
