I’ve notice when I have a panic or anxiety attack I get pains in my chest and it’s like my stomach is turning and I feel light headed and my breathing changes and my heart races and I burp excessively and it’s like I’m out of my surroundings I have to have a hot drink or milk and some fresh air or try and distract myself with anything I don’t try to hold the burps in because then it feels like I cannot breath and the burps feel stuck in my chest which then makes me panic even more
