Endo or just normal!?

Im cracking up! Last September, my nexaplaomon implant was due to change so had my 1st period in a longgg time, had this 12years and it litrally switched everything off never really had any periods bloating or nothing. Always been up and down with IBS however this all eased and finally got somewere after being suggested a low FODMAP diet. That period on September was hard! Bad pain to the left of belly button bloated like I had a football stuck inside my abdomen and pain when I tried to poop. I just thought argh my noddys just getting back to normal as I had implant so long. The same thing happened the next couple of periods and still thought it was just normal but then i was like y would I get pain so high up there? Then a friend I was working with I said i was in and pain showed her my tummy and said omg the size of you belly thats not normal! I am quite slim so its so obvious when its that size she was an older lady and said she had symptoms like this and had endometiros that was the first time i really thought maybe could be that didnt know kuch about it, but as I was suffering this bad bloating and pain right up to belly button and ribs thought it must just be IBS. Then i got the inplant removed in Dec 2020 as our plan was to start trying for a baby by the end of 2021......come feb I was just fed up and rang GP who sent for bloods and stool samples and told me to monitor it. The pain comes every time during ovulation. Then I bloat and bloat and bloat until the period starts, during period its the worste thing ever. Feel like I am going to explode and in a way it does feel like the worste trapped wind you could ever have, but also a sharpe pain too and sooooo many noises going on. Nothing eases such as buscopan or para/ibupfron When period ends it all dies down and I feel moslty normal my tummys flat for about a week but once ovulation starts again its back to the same story. So im like is it endo or just normal to do with hormones and bowles??? As bloods and stools showed nothing my gp then actully suspected endo, she was lovely and saw me face to face and did a pelvic exam during which pain in left side lower down in hip hurt when poked and she said my womb felt bulky. She did say it was unusal that I go pain so high up aslo and so sent for a pelvic scan and also a abdo scan. Had pelvic scan which showed nothing unusual and have my abdo scan today. Shes also refered my to gyne.

Im at the peak of the pain today as I am due priod any second now. I was up all night in agony but cant help but question myself is it just IBS? Surley its not normal to feel that bad every month I literally thought I was going to burst open and die .....and it all coinsides with my mestursl cycle! And never had anyting like this until I got implant removed

Sorry for long post but I just feel so alone at the moment with all this and noone to really speak to as eveyones got there own problems at the moment ! And now after reading all about it I knownits a long process to get sorted🙄
