Any pain relief tips for a period and flare? I’m losing clots and tissue and have no morphine left. I’ve tried a three hour red hot bath. A hot water bottle. Paracatemaol. Tramadol. Cbd capsules

I can’t take nsaids or buscopan

I’ve just ordered a TENS machine. I haven’t tried if yet, but it’s meant to lessen the pain, and as it sounds like your pain is really severe it might help when combined with painkillers!

The reply about the Tens machine was a good idea. The only draw back for me was the fiddling with it for an hour twice a day. But it did ease the pain.

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear you’re dealing with so much right now. 😔 Please know you’re not alone!

Have you tried Mefanamic Acid before? It’s prescribed to help with clotting issues to do with Endometriosis/Adenomyosis/menstrual cycle.

Maybe you could contact your Doctor/Gynaecologist and ask about it?

I’ve been prescribed it, but not tried it yet - so It might be work checking out what other’s experiences with Mefanamic Acid have been.

Hope that helps! And hope you’re feeling better soon! X
