Feeling so rubbish
Hi posted last week about this horrid anxiety working it’s way back into my life. One of my many problems when it comes to this is accepting what Im feelng is anxiety and not something much more serious. I truly don’t know how I have got out of bed the last week or so and functioned. My head is so sore

Incontinence solutions
I've been reading several posts from our community about incontinence, washing bedding everyday, etc. I've posted this before and it may or may not be helpful to you but I'll share our solution. Sandy has a Foley catheter. They may call it something different outside the U.S. This is an indwelling catheter

PIP assessment
My husband is 30 years post head injury. He has received DLA mid rate for about 25 years. He was told that this was a life long award due to the extent of his injuries. Now he’s being changed to PIP and has been told he needs to attend an assessment in Brighton. This is 25 miles from where we live and

4 year old refuses toilet and potty
Hi, I'm really struggling with my 4 year old son. He simply refuses to wee or poo anywhere other than in a nappy. I live in Belgium and am struggling to find support, particularly as we are not fluent in french. I've tried the ERIC helpline countless times but just can't get through. I don't know what

How to get back into education
Hello, I was hit by a car while on the pavement seventeen years ago, sustaining a right frontal lobe injury, I was fifteen at the time. Hi! First time posting, and I sort of wish it wasn't just because I need some understanding ears to vent to! I had a minor head injury almost a year ago now. Burr hole victim lol
He immediately put me on admission and called a neurosurgeon, he came, studied the scan and I had a

craniotomy the very next day. My very first surgical procedure, it was painful and quite terrifying, had a drain tube sticking out of my head for two days.

In Hospice as of now.
My second attempt at setting up palliative/hospice care happened yesterday with a visit from the intake nurse from the new agency. She told me when she was still doing field work she had three cases of PSP. She actually knew something about the disease. I felt like this was the place we should be. Someone

Burr hole surgery on15 March, 2019
I was operated on the above mentioned date. My stitches were removed on 26 March 2019. I ask doctor if I can travel by two and half hours flight. He said you are completely normal and you can do your normal activity. Only try to control your BP and blood sugar which is now under control with medication
