Excessive hunger
Hello all, I’m currently on Ibrance and Tomoxifen. I was switched to these drugs after stomach mets was discovered. It seems I am constantly hungry. Does anyone else have this feeling? Thanks!

Experience with Lynparza?
First off, thanks to all the amazing women in this community. I have learned so much about the disease and the amazing stories of courage and perseverance. Very inspiring. This is my first post, I apologize in advance if I ramble. It is my 84 year old father dealing with MBC and I am along for the ride

Oygavyx Problem?
My QT interval was 488ms (over 480 indicates problem) and my EKG showed a LBBB (Left
Branch
Bundle
Block
) which also indicates a problem. I have not been monitoring EKG much and was unaware of any signs of a problem. So I stopped Orgavyx per MO direction and will retake EKG after a week.

Oral SERD trial - 1st result
When Ibrance and Fulvestrant stopped working -- 2 new mets, and old one avid -- I went into a clinical trial for an oral SERD (same mechanism as Fulvestrant, blocking estrogen receptors). The one I am on is put out by Zeno Pharmaceuticals; trial is called n-c5-0001. I take a daily capsule on empty stomach

PAF, Propranolol and Apixaban
The EP has suggested Propranolol twice a day alongside my Apixaban and Carvedilol . I’ve been have an increase in PAF episodes . However, the GP has warned me of an increased bleed risk because of the interaction with Apixaban . Also, the propranolol can cause QT elongation which is dangerous and can

Non-standard Ibrance schedule
Hi everyone, Great forum and so happy I found it! I was diagnosed with MBC in my liver last summer, 19+ years after initial diagnosis Stage IIB, bilateral mastectomy, chemo, and radiation. WTF??? I had surgery to remove tumor and have no other mets that they can find . Anyway, started Ibrance in October

Hi Everyone, Its been a while since I lasted posted. I need everyone’s advice and knowledge. Give me a break!
So after contracting shingles in the eye over 4 & 1/2 months ago I’m still suffering with post herpetic neuralgia. Tried all sorts of drugs and a nerve block injection and nothing has helped. Initially the hospital upped my steroids from 12mg I was on to 25mg as they weren’t sure if it was GCA. After

Then what?
Hi all, As you may remember, I had SBRT to my liver for two lesions last month. After the 2 week holding period, I started Verzenio. Due to extreme side effects, I took a 3 day break and went down from 200mg 2x per day to one 200mg tablet every 18 hours. I continue to have upper right quadrant pain

Treatments for Erythromelalgia
Hello, Community. I have Lupus, severe Raynaud's and a long history of secondary erythromelalgia of my feet. It has got steadily worse over the last few years and the persistent effects are now deemed to be ischaemia reperfusion injury. It is much worse when the weather is hot or I have been walking

Mouth Ulcer relief!
I just want to share that I have found a few things that have brought me some significant relief as I deal with mouth ulcers on my lips, tongue and gums. I found a mouthwash at Natural Grocers called Miracle Mouthwash. It it manufactured by "Uncle Harry's Natural Products" and claims to be non-toxic,

Hi, my name is Christine, and I have MBC since June 2020. (hormone positive, her2 negative). I had mets to lungs, liver, bones and was on Ibrance and Letrozole, which I tolerated quite well. After my last scan they told me that my lung mets had decreased in number and that 5 of my 6 liver mets had
