Staying on Ibrance & Anastrozole after 2 recurrences
I’ve been on Ibrance and Anastrozole for the last 6 years for metastatic endometrial cancer. I started out on the Ibrance125 mg and after a couple of years, had a problem recovering on the week off, so my dose was reduced to 100 mg. By spring this year, the counts could not recover on the week off,

I am switching to Kisqali next week after 2 months on Ibrance
I am 79 years old and my breast cancer is back in my lungs. After new research and studies, my doctor thought I should try the Kisqali and Femera.I agreed but am instructed to take the anti nausea med. before the Kisqali everyday. I haven't needed it with Ibrance. What have you experienced?

Feedback on ORSERDU (elacestrant)
Feedback on ORSERDU (Elacestrant) Good afternoon! I just got my GUARDANT360 Test back and tested positive for the ESR1 gene mutation. I don’t meet with my oncologist for another month but he told me when I took the test that a positive on the ESR1 gene would make me a canditate for ORSERDU (Elacestrant

Can an Ablation make my Paroxysmal AFib worse
I wonder whether someone can help me decide whether to have an ablation or wait Iam 65 and due to have a Pulsed Field Ablation and have justhad my pre procedure nurse interview. I have paroxysmal AFib -usually twice a year -lasting about 8-9 hours which I control with a one off mega dose 300mg

Af vs Ectopic beats
Hi all, This may sound a like a silly question but is it easy to differentiate between AF and PVCs? I’ve had PVCs for several years which sometimes occur only a few times a day and occasionally can be 1000s a day. I’ve recently been diagnosed with PAF but do not experience a racing heart rate and

Alive, with thanks: update on nightmare
Thank you to everyone for replies. I'm still wading through them but trying to avoid spending time on the computer. I survived the weekend. Saturday night was so bad that the only thing that stopped me from ringing 999 overnight was the fear that I would be told there were no ambulances available. I

Mind the gap!!!
I would like some advice from you lovely people, please. I was diagnosed with PAF over 30 years ago and since the early years when episodes frightened the life out of me, I now understand them better and deal with them in a calmer way. It doesn't make me like them any better though. I had an echocardiogram

Update finally on treatment
Hello ladies and gentlemen, I am finally on treatment, it took nearly 4 months from dx to treatment (due to moving from South Carolina to Seattle area). I am on Ibrance (Dec. 13th) and letrozole (Nov. 16th). And I am on palliative care for pain management since I have neuropathy in my left arm and hand

I was on ibrance for 3 1/2 years. Stopped working and was switched to Orserdu. I’ve been on this drug for almost 4 months. Tumor markers down and natera results trending down as well. I had a PET scan yesterday and it showed improvement to the Mets in my lung but also showed where one had increased

coughing
I developed a bronchial cough, likely due to lung inflammation or pneumonitis while on both Kisqali, then Ibrance. My onco stopped the ibrance and put me on antibiotics, to see if it was bacterial. When that didn’t kick it out, she put me on prednisone, which did work. Then We dose reduced and started

Nightmare with(out) flecainide. Cannot get help from NHS.
This is a follow-up to a post I made earlier this week, trying to figure out whether to take a previously unused flecainide prescription as a PIP. I was diagnosed with lone paroxysmal AF 10+ years ago (I was not quite 50) but it has not been a regular problem -- I didn't need regular meds. Due to the

Multiple arrhythmias
I have now been told by EP that I have a number of different arrhythmias which probably explains why various rhythm control meds have caused other arrhythmias and not been effective . The ablation I had earlier this year helped and i am mostly in sinus rhythm. Only taking blood thinner and sotolol PIP

ibrance and possible muscle pain? Anyone?
I have been on Ibrance since 2016. I certainly experience muscle and joint point with weather changes since being on treatment, however., in the last 3 months I have developed right hip pain that seems very positional. Imaging shows no progression. And over the last week-some right shoulder pain with

anterior wall afib ablation update from April 28th
I am super excited, I had a follow up with my EP Dr. Here in Arkansas, they did tests including my pacemaker interrogation… Whooo Hooo, it showed NSR 99+%, less than 1% out, but NOT afib! Never give up, I wish I had followed Cleveland Clinic DR advice 4 years ago, following up with a 3rd ablation after
