AMA titer of 1:20, everything else normal. Please advise.
Hello, so I've spent the last 3 weeks in a state of constant anxiety because I had a blood test which showed that I am positive for AMA's with a titer of 1:20. The reason for the test was elevated liver enzymes found in a routine blood test, but that was evidently due to alcohol (I drank a bottle of

Help!
Hi I have had a diagnosis of APS for over 10 years. Can anyone explain why I recently tested negative for APL antibodies but positive for IGM -121? I don’t understand and I am not due to speak to my consultant for three weeks. Thanks.

Low Levels of IgA, IgG and IgM - What Triggers IGIV?
Greetings from your UN-mutated colleague! The blood work from last week's visit to oncology revealed (besides the other troubling CLL indicators) that my Ig levels (which were already low), have dropped since first being diagnosed in February 2020. I've dealt with early-winter, chronic bronchitis on

Unprovoked DVT - possible APS
Hi Everyone I was diagnosed on Tuesday with a thrombus in a vein somewhere below my collar bone which is causing my external jugular vein to distend. Apparently it’s in an extremely unusual high flow area of the vein for a clot to develop, and I initially was sent home with a clear CT until the A&E

Still unwell and not sure if results are ok. Help again please.
If you don’t mind helping me again, I would very much value your opinion. I have given as much information as I think you might need but please do ask if you have any questions. Also, if you don’t think this post is appropriate here because it is not directly related to Thyroid, I can remove it
