Potential immunotherapy for MBC
Hello ladies, it is my first post, I am writing from a small country in Europe, and I felt very grateful in the past months to discover your stories, since I've been diagnosed with de novo MBC (bone mets in spine and pelvis) this January, being aged 33. Gleason downgraded by JH
After my initial MRI came back showing a Pi-Rad 5 in left side, I had a biopsy which came back G 7 (3+4). Two cores were (20%, 30%) and two others were (5%, 60%) - all on left side. Evidence of perineural invasion. JH came back with a G 6 (3+3): two cores were (30%, 40%) and the other two were (5%,

I’m currently in triple therapy with metastatic PC after RP 6 months ago. Gleason 10. At time of RP all 12 lymph nodes and bladder neck biopsied tested negative but clearly the cancer escaped and was fast moving. I was re-reading the report on my PSMA PET scan (also had bone scan) and saw repeated

Low Dose Seed Brachytherapy Side Effects
I just finished low dose seed brachytherapy six days ago. Post op I’ve had severe urinary retention issues mainly in the middle of the night, usually for just a few hours. Not bad enough to go to the ER, but a few times I wondered if I might have to. For some reason, daytime is not so bad. I was previously

chemo re challenge
hi there my father is about to start another cycle of carboplatin and etoposide this week. He had good response to this 5 years ago- much better than docetaxel or jevtana. I’m wondering your thoughts about whether this could be effective again.. it has been 5 years but has other treatments and progression

Progression and Niraparib
Morning everyone I was on Niraparib since last June 22 but this June it was stopped as my CT scan showed progression to my liver and possibly spleen. Also in peritoneum. Jak2/tet2 mutation
Hello this is Ben from VA! I was diagnosed with MPN last year and use Besremi every 2 weeks. I have jak2/tet2 mutations which makes me feel confused and scared since the majority of PVs only have jak2(or other so-called driver mutations). I read a lot online and it seems tet2 is not the worst thing

Med change
Hi everyone, so it looks like I’m up for another med change. ( second one in 2 months 😳). My question is will I have to wait to get first med out of my system before starting the next one? I’m concerned that the cancer will grow if I’m not on anything. Just wondering what everyone’s experience

PSA Ultrasensitive 0.015 six months after prostatectomy
3 month PSA was <0.1, but that was not ultra sensitive. How worried should I be? Next steps? Urologist wants to see what the 9-month PSA test looks like, and to get a second Decipher genetic test. (I had one prior to surgery.) Pathology from surgery showed margins were positive, but Gleason score
