Botulinum Toxin Injections
Morning all, Hope you are all well. I have a neurologist consultation today and I think I will be having the above injections for pain. Has anyone had these before? What would I expect after? I am pretty nervous.

Cerebellar Ataxia
I initially had a head tremor for which my neurologist referred me for botulinum toxin injections in the neck. Although this helped with the tremor, I experienced very painful side effects. I now have leg tremors which affect me when I am standing. When I queried this with my neurologist he said it

What's new in managing pelvic pain ?
I attended the Convergences PP congress in Nimes recently. There were several interesting presentations including the results of the nerve block trial carried out by several pain teams in France. The results show that diagnostic blocks are still important but that therapeutic nerve blocks
