Frequency of Hydroxocobalamin injections in UK
Hi everyone, I'm a long time sufferer of PA, initial symptoms aged 13, finally diagnosed at 26, will be 50 this year. Also suffer with chronic fatigue, endometriosis, now menopause, all good fun! I am lucky that for years I have had an understanding doctor, used to have my injections every 8 weeks

Hi all, I've been hovering around these boards for a couple of years now but this is my first post. I am a 39 year old male. As a child and adult sometimes after walking a lot during the day I would have the urge to move my legs when I was in bed trying to sleep, it would feel like I had excess

Haemotologist appointment.
Hi,Following my blood test a few weeks ago Levothyroxine 50 has been increased by 25. As a result of blood test and red/white platelets being low l have been refered to a Haemotologist. Should l be concerned? I had breast cancer 3 years ago.

Down to 2mg
I began the journey with PMR and Prednisone in July of 2021. Very scary time as theories were circulating throughout the world that the Covid-19 vax was responsible. I began tapering after 1week on a euphoric 40mg to 10mg which kept the inflammation and symptoms at bay. My blood tests did not confirm

I was initially diagnosed in October 2021 with stage 4 HGSOC and had 6 rounds of carbotaxol with a total abdominal hysterectomy and omentectomy after the 3rd cycle. I then went on to Olaparib, initially

At home fertility tests
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with at home fertility tests? My entire social media feed seems to be adverts for these companies - can the blood test you do at home and post off give you the same information as a fertility MOT with a clinic? They're not cheap but they're cheaper

bladder aches
Hello all! New to the forum, 42 years old, male. Thanks for having me! About eight months ago, and for the first time in my life, I suddenly developed an ache in my bladder area. I had a prostate exam and blood test, as well as a UTI test and all was negative. Within 2-3 weeks the pain went away

Ferritin dropping, FT3 is not great
Hello wise ones. I'm coming up to a year since a diagnosis of Hashimotos, and on Levothyroxine. I've been trying to get the dosage increased in tiny increments of 12.5 ug after each blood test. So far I've been successful but it feels like slow progress. I'm currently taking 87.5 ug daily. My doctor

Stages of disease
I have Hashimoto's and understand that it is the cause of 95% of thyroiditis. My TSH only appeared high a year ago. Prior to that I had multiple symptoms for years. Recently I discovered that I also have antibodies and my thyroud ultrasound showed evidence of the disease. I wonder if anybody knows, if
