Low hcg detection
Hi lovely people. I did my pregnancy blood test with my clinic on the 12day and got positive, but my clinic said although it is positive, that the hcg is 38 and they said it is low. So they booked me in for a second test on 14day which is today to see if the hcg will double up, and I just did that

T4/T3 Combi Overmedicated Help Please
I posted yesterday about my recent feelings of overmedication but didnt get many replies. Its just symptoms, not blood tests, but had palpitations, fatigue, fast heart beat, shortness of breath. Was on 150mcg Levo and 12.5 T3 daily. Also added daily selenium which might have complicated things. Cut

My vitamin d has also improved. Please can you have a look and see what you think ? And what are thyroglobulin antibodies

In a previous post I gave my Ferritin result from a blood test in March (this was 36.90) and I was recommended to check my other iron levels before taking iron supplements . List of private doctors
Good morning, is there a list of private doctors that would take a blood test to check for vitamins in the Glasgow area.

Mum's battle
Hi all, Mum has suffered from adrenal insufficiency over the past 15 years, as well as pernicious anemia, hypothyroidism, low WBC count and was hospitalised several times with low electrolytes. Early morning blood tests
I see on other posts that an early morning blood test before 09:00hrs is suggested for an accurate reading. I went to have bloods taken yesterday morning at 08:55hrs for ferritin. My phlebotomist found that my blood flow was a bit on the slow side... but ok for the lab test. She thought she might have

Not sure what’s going on, I had blood tests because of headaches and temple pain but I’ve just had a call from rheumatologist now making an urgent appointment for this Friday and wanting me to increase prednisone from 10mg back up to 15 until I see him, very strange.
