Hi, i have a lot of stomach growling and rumbling which is extremely loud and can be heard from far away. People have commented on hearing a lot of noise and it makes me uncomfortable. Prostate Cancer (stage IV) identified in January and Small Cell Carcinoma (Neuro endocrine) in liver in August. Any suggestions?
In January, my dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer (Acinar Adenocarcinoma Prostate) stage 4, with PSA of 687. PCa had reached bones but not other major organs. He was put on Abiraterone and Degarelix. In August, PSA test showed that PSA had dropped to 2.7 and there was decrease in size and PSMA avidity

Hi Everyone, Looking for some advice or anyone who's been through a similar experience. I had Endo 3 years ago some of my main symptoms where bowel issues bloating, gassy, stomach cramps and diarrhea whenever I ate to much. Initially the doctor put it down to IBS. My ferritin has dropped from 82ug/L (30-150) 4 months ago to 64ug/L (30-264) this week (both Medichecks- Inuvi lab). Trabeculectomy at 18
Hi I had a Trabeculectomy back in July and sadly my vision has never been the same. The first few weeks my surgeon was surprised because everything went well, my vision was the same and my eye pressure dropped to a good level (13) from what it was (57). But afterwards my eye pressure dropped too low

Almost ready for phase 1: JHU083 (or JHU-083) a selective glutamine metabolism blocker
"The drug, JHU083, is a type of molecule called a prodrug that cells inside the body convert into an active drug. Specifically, JHU083 can only be turned into its active, glutamine-blocking form inside the tumor, preventing it from causing harmful side effects elsewhere in the body. " We all know that

Horizant tapering
Dear All: Apologies- I might be unintentionally reposting this: I have been on Horizant for about seven months, at 600mg in the morning and 600mg in the evening (1,200 mg total). Before that, I was on 600mg Gabapentin daily for two years. Recently, my doctor and I have agreed to reduce my Horizant

Whose advice should I follow?
I had a trabeculectomy 18 months ago. Last July I went to a Moorfields virtual clinic for monitoring. I received a letter from the doctor a few days later to say that my visual field on the operated eye was gradually worsening & that I would be seen at the Consultant led clinic four months later. I

Does anyone else take Azithromycin 3 times a week prophylactic? Just wondering if you have to take your rescue antibiotics due to chest infection, do you stop the Azithromycin?
