Cold water therapy
Hi everyone, Generally painkillers don't cut through my pain and they give me many side effects, so I am looking into alternatives. I was reading some research about cold water therapy helping with fibromyalgia and other autoimmune pain. I was wondering if anyone tried it for Endo?

Methionine restricted diet for recurring PSA and positive PMSA pet scan w/ 1 bone met
quick to the point. PSMA pet showed 1 L2 small met and some lymph activity. My PSA went from 2.01 to 2.9 in one month. after doing some research on diets and supplements . I found that the keto diet is extremely high in the amino acid methionine and I made it worse trying to reduce my blood pressure

BC Update with GP.
First I rang Macmillan and they thought it very odd my cancer had gone from high to low. So rang my consultants secretary and she was not there, the people in charge said they were not qualified to help. I saw my GP today and like myself had a letter with no details at the top, this matters because

help :(
I have had symptoms of a UTI since 31st October. I had Nitrofuration twice at the start of all this and things started to settle until I had a bath. I was then given 7 days of trimethoprim- I felt no real difference with this. Dipstick tests never really show infection so 3 urines have been sent to lab

radiation damage to the bladder
my husband has had 4 rather benign treatments of Pluvicto at the recommended 6 week intervals. Treatment #5 is Schilz’s in about 10 days. All of a sudden he is having hematuria and bladder spasms. Can anyone tell me what kinds of treatments are used for radiation burns or irritation to the bladder? Thanks

In July I discussed future conception with a GP who told me that i would be fine coming off the pill and ignored my endo diagnosis because i had it done privately.. I came off

lynparza dose reduction?
I am just wondering if anybody who is taking lynparza has had to reduce the dose due to side effects and if so have you seen any decrease in efficacy with doing so? My dad is currently taking 300mg twice daily and has constant nausea. He has tried zofran, promethazine, and the sancuso transdermal patch

Guts won't restart properly after op
I just had a minor op (Wednesday) when they numbed my bum (and around there, interesting). Now possibly due to painkillers that I tried to avoid I can't get things going -one nurse gave me tramadol assuring me it's fine for constipation (not, I trusted). They gave me a load of dulcolax tablets in the

interstitial cystitis
Hi, I am convinced I have got interstitial cystitis- if so… how long until diagnoses? I’ve had millions of urine samples, some sent to lab, I’ve had clear renal blood tests and I’ve had thorough examinations of down below and my back etc. is the last thing a scan? And what type? How much more prodding

Two questions concerning RLS
1.For the past few months l have had horrendous bladder pain and l can no longer cope with that and the RLS. I am making an appointment to see my GP who knows nothing about RLS so l need some advice about treatment for the bladder pain which won’t worsen the RL S. l would be very grateful if anyone knows

Sacroiliac joint fusion
After many painful years I'm on the NHS list for sacroiliac joint fusion. Of course there is a 12 month waiting list. Has any one had this operation done privately? Struggling to find a private consultant in Yorkshire.

Has anyone heard of CSS. My dr said this can cause restless legs and stems from childhood trauma. Sort of crappy to think that yes, my childhood was super traumatic and potentially from that I still need to suffer.

Start Adalimumab next week!
Start this drug next week after 2 and a half years of shocking hell. I was still playing football 5 times a week at the start of 2022, when a pain in the bottom of my foot stopped me in my tracks (now it’s in both feet, ankles, shoulders and back). Got diagnosed with spondyloarthritis. Long story short
