Cellularity 10-20% after treatment completed
Mine based on bone marrow
biopsy
and after treatment was completed is 10-20% . I'm not even close to 80 or 90 years old so it would seem I should have a score of 40s at least. Other than that all tracked numbers at blood tests are great and within range.

Non small cell carcinoma in lung.
I have recently been diagnosed with non small cell carcinoma of the lung by the Royal Brompton. They sent a letter to my GP requesting an urgent 2 week referral to local oncology, GP surgery said they hadn't received the part of the letter asking for the referral. I emailed them a copy as they requested

My new doctor confirmed the polycythemia diagnosis via bone marrow
biopsy
but also found No JAK2 mutation. The hydroxyurea that sent me to ER is not recommended (yay!).

Had anyone is dealing or have dealt with lymphomedema in your scrotum
The oncologist is planning a liver
biopsy
to see what type of prostate cancer we are dealing with. He is checking as I am also of trials with Plivicto, hopefully the production will increase.

Update on Nuclear Scan and where I am at now.
First: thank you all for the kind support I have received since - Much appreciated. To the Nuclear Scan ordered by my GP for suspect spread from bladder cancer to the bones. I got a call from my GP surgery today telling me Dr wanted to let me know, NO bone cancer found. Thant's one worry gone.

Treatment Options Analysis Paralysis
My
biopsy
showed 3/12 cores with cancer, 2 with 3+ and 1 core 3+4 (4% of the sample). No apparent lymph node or other structures impacted. I had my
biopsy
and MRI at Johns Hopkins and went to Georgetown for the expertise in Cyberknife.

Canesflor and ERA progesterone results advice please
My receptive window is 121 hours and when my progesterone was tested before the ERA
biopsy
, it was 76. The consultant said we could increase to 3 Lubion instead of 2, but I would like to know if that then goes against the ERA recommendation.

Blackpool and now. just waiting.
We went to Blackpool and the weather was good (Really) - Seems good to get away for a while, been a long year. The hotel was nice and had entertainment in the evening, which is good. I have had all my treatments thus far - I have had my 'Nuclear scan" on my bones. Now it's a matter of waiting

New Paradigm for PC "Newbies"
It incorporates new technologies and strategies including more extensive evaluation before prostate
biopsy
using risk stratification, multi-parametric MRI (mpMRI) scans, early use of PSMA PET scans. Who is appropriate for, and standards for "Active Surveillance", localized treatments have changed.

Hi all,I had a laparoscopy, hysterocopy and colposcopy all under general 3weeks ago. April 2023 Update
I can’t get a needle
biopsy
until late August 2023. I’m not worried about that at this point. At the moment I feel like I am walking down a road on a sunny day, happy but fully aware that I’m being stalked by a very big black bear that could jump out at me at any point in the road.

GCA after biopsy
hi I got put on Prednisolone just before Xmas waiting for a
biopsy
that was positive 2 weeks ago. My question is, I feel like I have a gastritis feeling, never hungry. In fact I’m forcing myself to eat anything. I’m currently on 20mg which even at this dose I’m struggling with.

I had a huge tumor removed last week; now waiting for the
biopsy
results. A second surgery is planned to removed the womb, other ovary and lymph nodes, just in case of spread, though the surgeon is confident that he got the whole tumor out in one and only one other patch was found on the urethra.
