Cellularity 10-20% after treatment completed

Hi, any thoughts on low cellularity? The formula appears to be take 100 minus your age = normal cellularity for your age. Mine based on bone marrow biopsy and after treatment was completed is 10-20% . I'm not even close to 80 or 90 years old so it would seem I should have a score of 40s at least. Other than that all tracked numbers at blood tests are great and within range.

I feel good after treatment and being off meds a couple months and want to know if it will increase on its own now that I'm off meds or will a vitamin supplement help it? Does it even matter?

Remember it is a sample. I had a biopsy in 2019 that showed low cellularity. The one I had this past January did not. Perhaps that specific area of your bone marrow is randomly not as active as other areas right now.

I'll have to wait until May at my next appointment to ask the doctor. I'll update what he says at that time. I appreciate your answer, it eases my mind.
