Unlocking the Maze of B Complexes: A Handy List for Safe Dosages and Bioactive Vitamins
It can be quite challenging to find reliable B-complex supplements that are safe in terms of dosage. Additionally, it is advisable to opt for bioactive vitamins for added safety. Hello, Everyone was so helpful last time I posted about being stuck on 3 mg of pred for nearly 5 years and suffering flares when I go lower and the rheumy's desire for me to start methotrexate. With your support I told them I wouldn't continue with the methotrexate. It had a wretched effect on me and

Medication
I have a doctor appointment to discuss increasing my medication & possibly take a sleep aid. I’m currently taking 20 MG of Escitalopram but have not tried a sleep aid. I’m really nervous about my appointment tomorrow.

Laurie Mischley on Using High DHA Fish Oil to Reduce Levodopa-Induced Dyskinesia (Updated)
https://youtu.be/piDgzpD7oOQ?si=hZfSiPMEqAAg_Kbc Dr Mischley also recommends citicoline. I strongly discourage anyone who is not already using citicoline from starting, because: "patients treated with citicoline experienced a significant worsening 45 days after the medication was discontinued". For

Gallstones
Hello again 👋 Well I didn't expect this! I'm just out of A&E after a gallstone attack. Excruciating, until the morphine kicked in. I've been given strong painkillers and antibiotics. I'm a bit miffed, as I've been following a Low Fodmap, anti- inflammatory, pescatarian diet for as long as I can remember

Hello, new here. Not sure if I’ve posted on the right thread but I was just looking for anyone going through the same thing. anyone used myovvii device ?
hello everyone, curious to find out if any of you have used the myovvii device that is promoted on instagram for period pain and endo pains? Apparently it sends signals to your brain to change where the pain is being detected. A little bit like acupuncture which I have also read about. I’m currently

I wrote in a week or so ago about rib pain and protruding left rib cage. Since then I've been to see a private rhematologist, then the practice nurse at my local NH surgery, and lastly took myself to A&E locally on Sunday. The rolling spasm I feel on and off just under the left ribs is the upper

Started my grandmother on TTFD
I am my grandmother's primary care taker. I recently learned about HDT and decided to try it on her. Every morning I videotape her eating, which I will use to see if her condition gets better or worse over time. She is 87, having parkinson's for at least 25 years. In the last year her on-state dyskinesia

Alendronic Acid
I have had 2 doses of alendronic acid and am currently experiencing a first painful, now vision- impairing inflammation in my right eye (steroid drops prescribed).. I see this mentioned as a possible side-effect of AA. Has anyone else experienced this?

Interesting Article (please read)
came across this article today and would like to know your thoughts: i was swayed by flashy advertising in the late 1990s featuring medical stars like Professor Lord Winston, who convinced me that omega-3 fish oil supplements were essential for my brain and my heart. Fast forward to today, and
