can I ask what the ideal vitamin d level should be for thyroid patients please?

mine is 82.9 nmol/L.

I take an omega 3 which contains 400 iu vit d and I have just started taking another 1000iu supplement too.

I am eating 2 eggs daily and eat salmon fairly often.

Thanks in advance
