Buy BEFORE FDA BANS this! ... Vinpocetine
Tip of my hat to Bolt_upright who mentioned that he takes Vinpocetine in one of his posts. It's considered a 'drug' in Europe and surprisingly (for now) has gotten past our "Fear and Death Administration" also known as the infamous, FDA. I've added this to my stack of about 40 supplements. Rheumatoid Meningitis Recovery
Has anyone out there had rheumatoid meningitis? I was recently treated for it and am looking for others who have had this experience or just experience with recovering from aseptic meningitis in general. I was diagnosed with RF positive RA in 2012. My disease has been stable on Cimzia for 6+ years.

High Dose Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) and Hashimoto's?
Update 01/22/2023: I just learned there is an increased risk of diabetes on niacin therapy: https://heart.bmj.com/content/102/3/198 This study was based on people taking Niacin for cardiovascular reasons, which I think would be dosed at 500 to 6000 mg a day: https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements

Shingles vaccine
My wife was refused the shingles vaccine by her GP as she wasn't old enough (not over 70) we asked for it a year after she had shingles which she really suffered from and still has a bit of discomfort from. Has any MPN patients been refused because of their age?

Giving up supplements prior to Medichecks Advanced thyroid blood test 4 days from now
Hi there! I am scheduled for a nurse to come and do a blood draw on Wednesday morning for a Medichecks Advanced thyroid blood test. I understand I am supposed to give up all supplements 4 days prior to the sample. However, I drink chiia four times per day and usually take it with pea protein powder.

Tell me I'm Just Jaded about NMN and NR vs Niacin
So why is NMN and NR seemingly pushed and researched more than Niacin (Nicotinic Acid)? Because I see successful trials with Niacin: https://rbd-pd-protocols.blogspot.com/2022/12/upping-my-niacin-to-1000-mg.html And the suspicious part of me thinks NMN and NR get researched because they are patent-able

The Correct Daily Dose of Broccoli Sprouts (per Dave): 60 Grams - 1 Cup
I got confused about how much broccoli sprouts I was eating and why. I was eating over 2 cups, which is over 120 grams, every day. There was no good reason I was eating 2 cups. I just got confused. On the one hand, I am feeling pretty good and some of my symptoms (I have not been diagnosed with PD,

Onset/diagnosis after years
Good morning. I welcome you very warmly. This is my first post. I am not from UK, so my English is poor, sorry for any mistakes. In a nutshell: my aunt got sick in 2012. The diagnosis: Parkinson's. Treatment with levodopa had short-lived effects so doctors decided to use DBS therapy. DBS did not have

According to the following article Comparing the youngest age people to the oldest, the number of striatal dopamine transporters was cut by 46%, or 6.6% per decade of life.3 The rate of loss of dopamine transporters is accelerated in Parkinson's patients, and this age-related factor may suggest why

How much T3 to increase by?
So I tested too early at 4 weeks after my last dose change and have now left it 11 weeks due to being away for a while. There's been quite a shift in the results, so good job I retested later, although now wishing I had added another 5mcg back at the time. Anyway, on 125mcg Levo taken at night and 10mcgs
