Anyone had a DBS surgery, what type of complications experienced afterwards. I me young on set pd patient, and I got disease 7 years and I me considering to go for DBS operation so info please

Hi There my husband had DBS last year, His symptoms were tremor on both sides, slowness and stiffness. We live in SAn Fransisco and went to UCSF medical - great DBS surgeon there named Dr Star. DBS has been incredibly helpful for him, no or minimal tremor now, less stiff and more flexibility. it changed his life for the better ! He said he wishes he got it sooner.
