Prograf vs advagraf
Hi everyone! I hope everyone is well. Lately my tacro blood levels have been all over the place. My doctor mentionned that they might switch me to Advagraf instead of my Prograf. I was wondering if anyone has made the switch and seen a difference in the side effects? Like hair loss and tremors.

Tacrolimus side effects - nausea
Hi everyone, I started Tacrolimus (Oral) Prograf last week to help tackle my nephritis. Just wondering what side effect people found and if they carry on for the whole time or if it settles down? Covid-19 is now Air-borne, based on findings from 239 Scientists across the World- WHO issues new guidelines
While the Hope of a Vaccine is still away from reality, now it is discovered that just hand hygiene and Social distancing may not be enough to keep away from Covid19... If some one wants to step out of home, you must wear a Mask. USA president now to wear a mask if he wants to go out which till date

Need input on ADT, Brachytherapy, etc.
Hi folks. I have a diagnosis of 3+4 with PSA of 21. I am on the fence and cannot decide which treatment to get. My doctor wants me to get the ADT (hormone therapy) to shrink the prostate so we can then do Brachy "seeds'. My family wants me to get it out with surgery. I have locally spoken to 3-4 men

Anti rejection meds schedule
Hi, When do you guys take your prograf/tacrolimus/envarsus, steroids (prednisone), and cellcept/azathioprine? My team never advised me how to take any of them, just that I should take prograf on an empty stomach. Are you able to take prograf and prednisone together? Thanks.

Any decline in kidney function after changing from prograf to adoport
Hi my husband has a kidney transplant just over 6 years ago. He had his sisters kidney. He was changed in the spring from prograf to adoport. Since then his kidney function seems to be declining. Has anyone else found this the case as well. He was perfectly fine before

Post 585 Take your time 8 Jan 2020
That does seem to be an obvious statement, but I will say it again. Take your time. "YOU" have just been diagnosed (Dx'd) with Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms), "YOU" have tears to shed brick walls to kick and the sky to yell at. Give it everything that "YOU" can muster. Let the scientist on the space station

What are your expectations when "YOU" take a medicine? Any medicine not merely Disease-Modifying Therapy (DMT). Ask yourself again, this time really think about your answer. I take my medicines and with the exception of aspirins, my expectatio nare very low. I do not count on medicine doing very much

Hair loss and what tests to do
Hi, I have Hashimoto’s and have started taking levothyroxine, increased a few weeks ago to 75mcg. I suspect I need an increase as feel worse after feeling like I had a little more energy again, but guess I need to wait and test bloods before this happens. I already had dry, fragile hair that was snapping

Side effects, what are "YOU" willing to put up with? Seriously, what? I put up with headaches, painful injections and a basic feeling of crap for years on interferon Beta 1B(Betaseron). Even worse for my month on Rebif Interferon Beta 1A. None on Tecfidera, and it is a tablet so no needles.
