Hi Can anyone on here tell me if they've been diagnosed with Arterial Scelrosis or Calcinem Toxicity Inhibitor due to taking prograf long term for a kidney transplant? Thanks in advance...

Not personally, but the prevalence rate of this toxicity is up to 17% in the western world and even higher in Asian countries. Tacrolimus is however still one of the best drugs in prevention of rejection.
