Total Withdrawal from Venlafaxine...
Plus I have other ongoing issues:
Bereavement
- mum died 16 months ago: My daughter, age 20 has left home to live with her boyfriend, she is still at University, but is so hostile and deeply angry with me, and that hurts like mad.

We will explore together the words submitted. I will begin with the first reply of bereft. Please share the sensations you experienced whether physical or emotional which left you feeling bereft. Chloe <3

"When To Love Means To Let Go" by Melanie Leamy
It is the book about true love, about soul-connection, about being a sole carer for my husband Paul when he had terminal cancer, about when to love meant to let go and about what I have learned in my
bereavement
. I am hoping that this book will be of help to many. Love, Mel.

Isolation has activated bereavement
Has anyone found that the lockdown has brought up a lot for them (
bereavement
wise)? If so, how are you coping?

Work related
My mum died recently from the virus whilst in her nursing home and at the moment im on
bereavement
leave but really don't know whether to go back to work or not. Ive not had a letter from NHS although all my meds and inhalers are on their list. What I'm really asking is what shall I do?

Starting again with a new running buddy...
I graduated at the start of March but then had a family
bereavement
, then ended up in self isolation and then needed to use my daily exercise allowance to take my children out! But yesterday my six year old asked to start running with me so I got to run for the first time in weeks.

Adrenal insufficiency: a general information post (does not replace medical advice)
You do not usually need to updose for 'normal' emotional stress like exams (unless that really sets off asthma), but may need to for something like a
bereavement
or a major shock.

W9R2 - so close!!
Hard couple of days as we have had a family
bereavement
, spent yesterday surrounded by family reminiscing but was very glad to pop the trainers on this morning and clear my head. Cried for the first ten minutes while having felt very cathartic. So glad I've found running!

Graduation tomorrow - why do I feel nervous?
Is this normal to feel a sense of
bereavement
about not hearing a total strangers voice three times a week?? 😂😂😂😂

Goodbye for a little while.
I feel so fortunate to have jumped in when I did as I almost didn’t due to a family
bereavement
. I also want to say that the news probably isn’t helping either, the constant reminder of pregnant women having to shield themselves. I’ve noticed today that my OCD and anxiety is through the roof.

A reminder that the stormy weather will pass and Spring is around the corner.
I took this photo last Spring from the same spot as the frost in the trees which I took when we had extreme high pressure which caused it, please see: https://healthunlocked.com/

How bereavement hits us like a freight train.
Good morning everyone, As I know some of you and consider you my friends I thought I'd share an experience I had the week before Christmas when I received 2 Christmas cards. As this is my new home I was thrilled and the first was from a family friend who I'd grown up with as our mums were best friends

Running after bereavement
So I graduated from C25K in August and I was all set for my first 5k. Then my brother died suddenly and my world was rocked. Since then I have been comfort- eating and spending time on the sofa just watching rubbish telly. However, I firmly believe that my running ‘investment’ helped me to cope. Obviously
