help with Perimenopause anxiety/ depression
Hi has anyone found relief with their anxiety and depression using HRT. I’m feeling so desperate with many symptoms but these two are taking me over and a black cloud is following me everywhere. I’m on sertraline 100mg daily been on it a long time upping and downing the dosage. I was on 200mg last year

Low first beta at 14pt5dt
Hello ladies. My first beta this morning was 79, I know it’s a very low number and I have to repeat the blood draw in a week (I’ll be at 21pt5dt). What are my chances? None, right? :( I feel very depressed right now, I almost would have preferred a lower HCG level to be able to quit all meds and move

Birth control pill for hot flashes and feeling hot all the time?

Birth control pill for hot flashes?
Has anyone here ever taken the Birth control pill to get rid of hot flashes and did it work? I have NO estrogen in my body due to being anorexic. So I am taking HRT estrogen patch(0.075mg) right now and it's not working 2and a half weeks in so I am wondering if maybe the birth control pill would work

bfp then hcg levels went from 530 to 350. Is it all over? My clinic said it's a MC. Even though this was a natural conception post ivf
has anyone had their hcg levels drop then still have a pregnancy? I'm still craving things and feel the symptoms. But the clinic said not to take any steroids or lubion progesterone ( only started them 2 days ago but found out I had lower hcg levels yesterday evening. I've not had a bleed yet had spotting

HRT and Levothyroxine
I have been stable on175ugs levo for the last few years, and I have also been taking HRT. I have had to stop the HRT prior to a THR and wondered if this could make a difference to me regarding my thyroid levels. TIA

HRT MEDICATION
Hi everyone, I am on HRT Medication, which I have been on since I was 48 years old, for 8 years. I am supposed to have had a review every 3/6 months I haven't had one yet. Until I contacted my doctor last week and told her this. She couldn't believe it. I was supposed to have had my blood pressure taken

How long did it take for your HRT estrogen patch to take away your hot flashes?
I have been taking the estrogen patch for about 2 and a half weeks now-(generic Estradiol 0.075mg) and I have not gotten any relief in my hot flashes....My story is more complicated in that I am making absolutely NO estrogen due to years of anorexia making my pituitary gland not produce estrogen. So

Hi, I’m new to the forum and blood tests in general so hopefully I will give relevant info. I’m 54 and have had fatigue for the past 6 months. I’ve always been fairly low energy but this is a different level. I am 10 years post menopause so it’s not that, and I’ve been on HRT a long time. My blood

hi everyone, this is my first time posting about my problem with both of toiletry functions, I don’t go out unless it’s for appointments, I had a full hysterectomy and all that makes me feel like a woman, and was put on the wrong hormone replacement from February 2009 until two weeks ago when I was

Slow rising HCG
Hi lovely people - so I was delighted to get a good hcg result of 407 at 12dp5dt, then had the awful news this morning that it only rose to 568, 3 days later, argh! The clinic advised me to continue with my meds which I’m thinking is utterly useless, the prognosis can’t be good right? Why is this

Scientific question about HCG test line
Hi all, I have a question about test lines on early detection pregnancy tests. If I've used a test and the sensitivity is 10iu, should I expect that if the HCG in my urine is above 10iu then the test line will be as dark as the control? But if my test line is fainter than the control then that means

Fizzing iny head
My tinnitus feels like my brain is fizzing inside. It started after taking HRT 3 years ago. I have it every day. It gets worse when I'm tired or stressed. Does anyone have anything similar?

Marching on to 5th transfer!
As I post and reply quite a lot on here I just thought I’d share where I’m at. After 4th failed transfer - 3 BFN and 1 chemical, I now have a date for transfer 5. Not sure exactly what protocol I’m on cause I’m rubbish at asking questions and just eagerly do whatever the clinic says 😂🙈 Just curious

Sex hormones
Does anyone know if 26.3 (16-124) is lower than ideal? My testosterone was bottom of range but now ok with HRT. I’m trying to get to the bottom of my low cortisol and whilst this is in range, wondered if it should ideally be higher like your thyroid? Many thanks

We had 2 embryos transferred on the 6/11, 1 was an early blastocyst (too early to grade) and the other a compacting modular. as you can see from the test below Day 8 gave us butterflies

7daypost5dayembryo transfer
hello hello! I tested yesterday (day 6) and again today (day 7) and it seems like my tests have not gotten much darker. Using both clear blue and first response. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? Going for my beta test Friday which will be 9 days post transfer. Our embryo was PGT
