6 weeks symptoms gone. ?missed miscarriage drama

So am o \s for donor embryos, had weak hcg followed by 2 very strong reads.Even had morning sickness 3 days ago, and now all symptoms have gone. Like a light switch. I used to have really tender boobs,but not at all anymore and nausea... Didnt want to go for a scan today because i really dont want the bad news, but really would like to know if anyone had all symptoms but then they disappeared but then all was ok? Has anyone any experience in this please. I have read just about every article on missed miscarriages that there is.I hope all is OK in there. Its not that easy to fly 22 hours again transiting n living here for two whole months, to have success waved in my face and then this. I won't be able to come back to try again for at least another year either. Just hoping I won't have to

I am OK babies are OK there twin hearts beating!! There's another triplet whose heart isn't that great but checking into that next week to see if it caught up

oh my god congratulations🎉🎊 your post is giving me so much hope today!!

Currently 5+1 and just so anxious about missed miscarriage like ffs!! I don’t know why it actually stick in my mind, I guess that’s my worst fear!

Had already an early scan at 4+2 as dr was suspecting twins and we saw 2 black dots!Cant wait for next scan!
