I am livid, confused , worried and scared as hell that my ORGOVYX -ADT symptoms are mine for life.
I thought 20 tx imrt & 4 mos of Orgovyx from all the docs I talked to secured a pretty good chance of crushing my cancer AND a real good chance of having my T come back to Normal after " 4 mos". "

Claustrophobia and CBT
Hi everyone, Could anyone recommend a really good Cognitive
Behavioural
Therapy
(CBT) book or any online CBT content/courses related to claustrophobia and MRIs? I need to have a cardiac MRI and I suffer from claustrophobia (which has prevented me from completing standard MRIs in the past).

Update: PSA after IMRT
After my 40 treatments, I wanted to get off the bicalutamide I had been on for 2 months. My breasts had not only gotten enlarged but they had also become quite painful, and the Tamoxifen my RO had put me on did not help with this. He then ordered an early PSA test, and when it came back at just .12

degeralix vs lupron
Hello, Any thoughts on which ADT treatment is better? My husband received his first injection with Degeralix today to prevent the testosterone flare and next month the doctor is planning on a 3 month Lupron injection. From what I’ve been reading, it seems that the Degeralix may be better than Lupron

Prostate cancer morphed into NEPC
I was recently blindsided by my "under control" prostate cancer, turning into High Grade Neuroendocrine Prostate cancer (NEPC). After 13 years of various therapies, the last few years included Lupron/Eligard, Zytiga, Xtandi. This kept the PSA low (around .2) and kept my MO happy. In 2021, I asked my

Zoladex delay
Hi All, has anyone postponed one of their monthly Zoladex injections by a week? Any issues in that week? My situation is that I have a consultant appointment to review how I’ve got on with Zoladex (and, on the basis of my response, aid the decision making process on how much to do in surgery) booked

My son’s Testosterone results:
Last week I posted my son’s three month PSA test and learned that it was the same as last time <0.10 and now I have the matching testosterone results of 7.0. How good or bad is that? I am unfamiliar with testosterone numbers after all the medicines he’s taken, and radiation. I don’t know what the previous
