I have been doing really well on my Jak inhibitor (

Omicron versus Baricitinib
That sounds wonderful- but I am taking aJAK inhibitor
Baricitinib
which is designed to flatten out T17 cells. So I have had three jabs to boost TCells and RA drugs to flatten them. Sitting here on day Ten of covid I am very very confused now! So, back to what I can control.

Rinvoq 5 days
With
baricitinib
, I had no side effects, but not much pain relief, although being off it for 2 weeks before starting the Rinvoq let me see how much worse the pain could get. Anyone out there on this medication? How are you doing? I would like to hear people's experiences.

I am considering taking
Baricitinib
. Is anyone on
Baricitinib
? I have done some research and I'm a bit sceptical now. Apparently it is not safe for patients with Chronic Kidney disease. Can anyone share their thoughts, views and or experiences. Thank you kindly

Baricitinib??
I was just wondering if any of you guys are taking
Baricitinib
to treat lupus and how do you feel on it. Has it caused any serious infections? This was prescribed as I have exhausted methotraxte, rituximab, cellcept treatments.

Baricitinib a fail, going to try Rinvoq
I had high hopes for
baricitinib
, but after almost 4 months, my bloodwork still shows a lot of inflammation (ESR 120, CRP 16), and although I had some slight and very gradual improvement in pain and stiffness, I seem to be backsliding a bit.

Baricitinib - 7 weeks
After 7 weeks of baracitinib, I still have quite a number of painful joints, but there has been slight improvement. Swelling seems to be somewhat diminished and my general sense of well being is a bit better. However, whatever improvements I have felt over the past weeks have been very gradual. I

Stopping meds for covid jab
I am kind of worried about doing this since I am only in my fourth week with
baricitinib
, but I do want to get a good immune response. It is my second jab. I was on a TNF biologic when I took the first one.

How do you guys manage a flare up?
Has been in remission for the last 6 months - on
baricitinib
, chloroquine and methotrexate but Iām starting a flare now. My question is - how do other people manage a flare? Do you wait for it to get bad, hoping it will settle- if next appointment is months away?

Baricitinib - 3 weeks in
When I started
baricitinib
, I had some idea that i would be back to normal in a week or two - cooking, gardening, walking around the village doing errands. . . After 6 months of pain and fatigue with Simponi which was not working, I put a lot of hope in this new medication.
