Vitamin D, Fish Oil and NOACS?
We're told to avoid Ibruprofen and
Aspirin
for that reason. Can't find anything addressing this online. Any thoughts anyone?

Fragmin and aspirin
I am writing this post since I am a bit unsure whether I should put baby
aspirin
on hold or not, or halve the dose. Been receiving mixed advise from two doctors. Had nose bleeds on days 3,4,and 5 but not for a couple of days now.

SWOLLEN FINGERS & BLEEDING AT THE CUTICLE?
. & it was only resolved after MPN diagnosis, when I commenced taking low-dose
aspirin
. However, it has now returned & appears to be growing worse again... These pictures below provide some closer description.

Nose bleeds on clopidogrel- is that normal?
I am now on clopidogrel and
aspirin
together and about 4 months in i developed nose bleeds that wont stop on their own. I get quite scared of those as with the first one i ended up in the hospital and they had to cauterise inside nostril to stop the bleed.

Newly diagnosed CHF
Put on some medications, Metoprolol, lasix, and Xarelto, along with baby
aspirin
. First appointment with cardio doctor will be in a few days. Was in hospital for a week, swelling mostly in left foot, ankle and calf. Put through tests and had paddle shock for the a-fib.

Feeling Very Stuck
For the smaller attacks I take paracetamol, ibuprofen and
aspirin
. My GP has advised me to not take pain relief so often and I'm aware that it can cause overuse headaches but I'm not sure what else I can do.

Could hibernating bears help with MPNs?
Perhaps there will someday be an alternative to

Bearfarin

Arm/Shoulder pain
Paracetamol doesn't really touch it, and I can't take Ibruprofen as on
Aspirin
. The pain is like a shooting/burning pain in my shoulder and back, as well as down my left arm. This morning, it is agony to move and trying to sit myself up in bed was torture.

Strange interaction with Private Health System..?
I had an ecg which my gp flagged up as indicating some problem with my heart. They even sent a paramedic to my home to check I was ok. I feel ok, sometimes a but breathless, occasionally dizzy, but better now I am taking statins and aspirin.Anyway, I made an appt with NHS cardiology. Earliest was next

Anxiety and A-Fib
Prescribed Metoprolol and a 81 mg
aspirin
. I didn't take the Metoprolol because it was on a Recall list by the FDA for 3 months as it may cause Cancer. So, I went to my Primary Care MD who prescribed Diltiazem. I still didn't take it because my BP and Heart Rate were fine.
