hot humid weather sweating

I have ET JAK2 positive.

my medication is Aspirin 75mgs daily.

im 64z

I’m currently in southern Spain. It’s hot, and very humid (75 to 90%)

I sweat, a great deal. It visibly runs off me all over. I’m drinking lots of fluids and taking obvious precautions.

Is this common for people with ET? Any suggestions please?

I am in Venice and it's really hot here too and I have ET Calr mutation. I am the same, and so are all my family, as it's 40 degrees here and on a red heat advisory warming. I am drinking loads of water and keeping sightseeing down to one trip per day. Enjoy your trip.
